One-on-One Nutrition Counseling puts those worries to rest

Together, we’ll explore each part of your well-being as this interconnection plays an important role in your pregnancy and postpartum health. You’ll get a fully custom experience based on your goals, needs, and health status.

Gain support in four key areas:

Food

Give your body all the essential nutrients it needs to nourish a healthy baby—and enjoy your food too!

Hormones and Gut Health

Gut health plays an integral role in hormonal health. By giving your gut proper nutrition, we can address hormonal imbalances that may be causing your symptoms.

Mindset

Foster a healthy relationship with food, reflect on your mental wellness, and address fears that might be weighing you down as a new or expectant parent.

Lifestyle

Optimize habits like sleep, movement, and relaxation. You’ll even get my best tips for making those newborn nights at least a little bit smoother.

Pricing

Every journey together begins with a free discovery call to ensure we’re a match. From there, you’ll be invited to an Initial Consultation and follow-up appointments as needed. Packages are also available for consistent support over multiple months.

“Daniela has been an influential person during my pregnancy. She’s educated me on specific nutrients and supplementation from the beginning, and practical ways to overcome some of the pregnancy discomforts I started to experience. She’s also been a huge advocate for me and my beliefs as I prepare for OB visits. I’m excited to have her with me during my postpartum period!”

  • The Certified Nutrition Specialist® credential (CNS®) is the most advanced certification for personalized nutrition practitioners. It requires a Master’s degree or higher in Nutrition Education. • Functional medicine (often also called “integrative medicine”) focuses on getting to the root cause of a health concern so we can solve things at the source. It involves a full-person approach that considers each of your bodily systems—and your mind—as a whole. When we take a functional or integrative approach to nutrition, we consider how we can use food to address the root cause of your concerns, rather than only treating symptoms.

  • I support all stages, from pre-conceiving, to pregnancy, all the way postpartum (2 years and beyond).

  • At this time, I do not take insurance.

  • Yes! If nutrition counseling isn’t right for you, check out my à la carte services for information on one-off sessions like pantry sweeps, grocery store tours, and individual coaching appointments. These are great ways to get nutrition education without committing to a longer program.

  • At this time, I don’t offer meal planning as a stand-alone service. That said, if you become a nutrition counseling client, I’ll certainly provide ideas, recipes, and guidance for planning your meals.

  • I don’t currently work 1:1 with males or people who aren’t carrying /planning to carry the child. That said, while working together, I do provide guidance on how you can optimize both parents’ health as each plays a critical role, especially during the preconception stage. I’m more than happy to answer any questions you have in that area. If we determine it’s helpful, we can also plan some partner support sessions.

  • I welcome people of all genders who are carrying a child or planning to become pregnant.
